    Opus Orchestra is always happy to hear from musicians of all orchestral instruments to add to our Casual Player List.

    2026 Auditions were held on Sunday, 17 May 2026 in HAMILTON.

  • Audition Requirements and Excerpts

    All pieces are required to be played unaccompanied.

    Please prepare all excerpts according to the cuts.

    Violin

    Viola

    Cello

    Double Bass

    Flute

    Clarinet

    Bassoon

    Horn

    Trumpet

    Trombone

    Percussion

    In addition to the excerpts please prepare a concerto movement or equivalent
