Opus Orchestra is committed to inspiring musicians and audiences across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty for generations to come. To ensure this legacy continues well into the future, we have partnered with the Acorn Foundation to establish a permanent endowment fund for Opus Orchestra.

The Opus Orchestra Endowment Fund is professionally managed by the Acorn Foundation, a community foundation based in the Western Bay of Plenty and the largest of its kind in New Zealand. Partnering with Acorn provides long-term stability: their economies of scale and low fee structure help maximise returns, ensuring every contribution works harder for Opus.

Gifts to the Endowment Fund are invested rather than spent, creating a secure, long-term source of income that protects the future of Opus Orchestra. At Acorn, the capital in the fund is held in perpetuity, with a portion of the annual investment returns granted each year to support Opus.
